Job Description

Administrative Assistant (Temporary Postition)  $840+ WEEKLY

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors; manage visitor log
  • Answer 60–80 phone calls daily; take and route messages
  • Sort/distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
  • Manage petty cash and supplier invoicing
  • Perform clerical tasks: copying, filing, faxing, supply ordering
  • Set up and coordinate customer training events and accommodations
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related experience
  • Reception/customer service background
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
  • Fast, accurate typing; bilingualism is an asset
  • Self-starter with a positive, adaptable attitude

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday

Duration:
  • Temporary to Hire
