Job details A receptionist's job description includes a variety of tasks, such as: Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests and directing them to the correct person or office Answering and making phone calls: Answering and transferring phone calls to employees, and making calls on behalf of the office Handling correspondence: Sorting and delivering mail, and handling office correspondence Scheduling meetings: Scheduling meetings for employees Maintaining office supplies: Keeping office supplies stocked Updating records: Keeping office records up to date Performing clerical tasks: Faxing, transcribing, filing, and other clerical tasks Supporting managers: Assisting managers with business documentation Processing client information: Updating client information and payments into a database
Experience Required: Must have 1 year of administrative assistant, or receptionist experience. Accounting assistance exp a plus Document control experience a plus
Other experience required; 10 panel lab Quick background Resume EE Or Savard generated
Shift: Monday thru Friday 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm 40 hours max
Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Up to $800 w/40 hrs weekly
