The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations. This position is integral to managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining effective communication within the parish community, and ensuring that church programs run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to the Catholic faith, and a passion for serving our community.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an efficient filing system for church records and documents.
Organize and coordinate church events, meetings, and activities.
Individual must be a self-starter, service oriented, able to handle
multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with preparing weekly bulletin,
sacra mental registers, scheduling, and other daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities is
necessary.
Act as a point of contact for parishioners and guests, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with warmth and professionalism.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a secretary, Knowledge and understanding of Catholic teachings, practices, and organizational structure is required.
Proficient in Word, computer literate
Other requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
