Asphalt Roller Operator $1400+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
  • Must have experience operating asphalt rollers
  • Proven work history in residential and industrial paving environments
  • Solid knowledge of asphalt compaction techniques, timing, and rolling patterns
  • Physically fit, punctual, and dependable
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to flexible work schedules, including occasional weekends
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Shifts:
  • Year-round, full-time work with consistent hours
