We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Support Lead to champion the customer experience across our aftermarket support operations.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in industrial equipment, machinery, or related technical fields, who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or a related technical field.
Experience with deck machinery in the marine industry is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
Department oversight and customer experience champion for all aftermarket support functions.
Serve as the central point of contact for all aftermarket support inquiries (phone and email).
Oversee seamless integration and communication between:
Customer Service
Parts Sales
Field Service
In-House Repairs
Assess customer needs and route them to the appropriate internal channels.
Assist customers with parts identification and selection.
Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
Willingness to travel to US and international locations on short notice when necessary.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to different cultural environments.
Availability to take customer calls outside of normal working hours as needed.
