El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia trabajando en un entorno industrial, conocerá herramientas eléctricas básicas y tendrá la capacidad de operar o asistir en sistemas de bombeo industrial.
Debe tener conocimientos de herramientas eléctricas básicas (esmeriladoras, taladros, destornilladores de impacto, sierras, etc.)
Asistir con la preparación, producción y acabado de productos de concreto prefabricado
Asistir con la instalación y desmontaje de moldes y formas de concreto
Limpiar, aceitar y preparar moldes para el siguiente vertido
Cargar y descargar materiales, herramientas y elementos prefabricados a mano o usando montacargas, transpaletas o polipastos
Usar herramientas manuales y eléctricas básicas para la preparación, desmontaje y armado de moldes
Mantener la limpieza y organización del patio, estaciones de trabajo y pasillos
Colocar y amarrar varillas de refuerzo, insertos u otros componentes según las indicaciones de los supervisores
Experiencia o capacidad para aprender a operar equipos de bombeo industrial
Disposición para trabajar en interiores y exteriores bajo diversas condiciones climáticas
Apoyar a operadores de grúa y montacargas con guía visual y organización de materiales
Fuerte ética de trabajo, puntualidad y actitud orientada al trabajo en equipo / Código de vestimenta
Realizar otras tareas asignadas para apoyar a los equipos de producción y del patio
Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad, usar el EPP requerido y reportar cualquier peligro o condición insegura

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an industrial setting, be familiar with basic power tools, and possess the ability to operate or assist with industrial pumping systems.
Must have familiarity with basic power tools (grinders, drills, impact drivers, saws, etc.)
Assist with the setup, production, and finishing of precast concrete products
Assist with the setup and stripping of concrete forms and molds
Clean, oil, and prepare forms for the next pour
Load and unload materials, tools, and precast elements by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks or hoists
Use basic hand and power tools for form preparation, stripping, and assembly tasks
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the yard, workstations, and walkways
Place and tie rebar, inserts, or other hardware as directed by supervisors
Experience with or ability to learn the operation of industrial pumping equipment
Willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments in varying weather conditions
Support crane and forklift operators with spotting and material staging
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude/Dress Code
Perform other duties as assigned to assist production and yard teams
Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report any hazards or unsafe conditions
Able to complete pre-employment screenings (drug test, alcohol test, physical, safety training)
