The ideal candidate will have experience as a skilled laborer working in a commercial, civil, or industrial construction environment, be familiar with basic power tools, possess the ability to read a tape measure accurately, and follow detailed instructions for the production of concrete products.
This role involves hands-on work with cutting, grinding, drilling, and bolting concrete panels using basic power tools.
Must have experience using power tools (grinders, drills, impact drivers, etc.)
Cut and grind concrete panels to specified measurements using hand-held tools and grinders
Drill holes into concrete panels using power drills and core bits
Bolt and secure panels to concrete structures according to project specifications
Read and follow basic construction drawings or layouts
Use a tape measure accurately to ensure proper alignment and placement
Maintain tools and work areas in clean and safe condition
Assist with lifting, moving, and staging panels for installation
Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude/Dress Code
Able to complete pre-employment screenings (drug test, alcohol test, physical, safety trainings)
