Job Description

CSR/Dispatcher $880 WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
  • Schedule technicians efficiently and respond to changing needs throughout the day
  • Ability to handle complaints, relay job messages, and update customers effectively
  • Must be computer literate and able to train on software used for HVAC sales and dispatch 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or Dispatching required 
  •  Able to work Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM, with some after-hours/weekend availability
  • Must provide own transportation
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on feet or seated as needed
  • Must have HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent 

Shifts:
  • Monday - Friday 
  • 8 am - 5 pm 
  • After hours/ on call rotations required 


Duration:
  • Temp to hire
