Job Scope/Duties
The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) is the link between the customer and operations. The CSR receives instructions from the customer and coordinates with Operations, Shipping & Receiving. The CSR follows up and gives the required feedback to the customer.
Work environment: office space, occasionally warehouse visits.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 year minimum of administrative or logistics position or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills, assertive, flexible and customer service minded.
Thorough knowledge of all procedures, instructions, and documents of the Quality
Manual 28 relevant for this position.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office AND all Company software relevant for the job.
Language skills: ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently.
Mathematical skills: ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract,
multiply, divide).
Reasoning ability: solve practical problems, interpret instructions, deal with a variety of situations.
Must be able to observe and hear warning signs and signals within all areas of the
company.
Must be able to sit at a desk for a prolonged period and work on a computer.
Regularly typing on a computer keyboard, using a computer mouse and computer
monitor. Regularly required to talk and hear and be able to verbally communicate
over the phone.
Job Duties
CSR will coordinate with 1 or more appointed customers and take care of all administration.
Monitor customer inbox and will be responsible for all communication involving that customer.
Organizes inbound & outbound shipments, as well as manipulations according to the established procedures.
Follows up with operations and closes the files. Gives feedback to the customer and follows up on further instructions.
Responsible for keeping the picture file up to date.
In case of damages, customer complaints, and/or other problems, the CSR coordinates with the Admin Supervisor and/or Facility Manager.
Administration of the warehouse packaging supplies, product, labels, etc... Reports periodically to the client and takes care of potential shortages in due time.
Employees must be familiar with the Schedule of Fees (SOF) for their assigned customer.
Visits to the warehouse to follow up on shipping and receiving as necessary.
Maintaining the filing system as instructed by the Admin Supervisor or Facility Manager. Strict follow up of the files and archives.
The CSR coordinates with the HSEQM and Admin Supervisor if any of the PROC / INS / DOCS need to change.
Take care of customer requests and perform a very high standard of client service.
Create a good customer contact (professional relationship) with your customers
Physical Requirements
Assist in periodical stock counts of product, others upon request. Ability to see, hear and to call out in an emergency or urgent situation (i.E. Mechanical problems).
Shifts/Hours:
7: 00 am to 3: 00 pm Monday thru Friday
Pay:
$ 15.58 per hour
