Job Description

Fish Plant Production Worker in St. George, NB Up To $680 per week.

Key Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation
Background check
Safety Training and Orientation will be provided on the first day of work.
Working on a Fish Processing Line.
Receive a whole fish and remove the head.
Put the fish in the splitting machine which removes the rack from the fillet.
Trim the belly fat
Cut off the tail
Transfer fish to the pin boning machine.
Remove remaining pin bones
Trim the back
Grade, weight, pack the fish on ice and palletize the product.
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work independently or part of a team
Ability to stand on your feet for a long period of time.
Previous fish processing experience is an asset.
Ability to accept and embrace change in a fast-paced environment

Shifts:

Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Weekends as required.

Duration:

Temporary until the end of June 2025
