Our client is looking for safety-focused, reliable, and skilled operators to join our growing team.What You’ll Do:
Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and skid steers
Perform demolition, site prep, grading, trenching, and debris removal
Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently
Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues
Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
Ability to read site plans and follow directions
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
Must be reliable and punctual
