We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers. Reach out to leads via phone, email, and social media to promote products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet those needs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing sales and maximizing revenue. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential clients. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback on sales processes and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Pay: $16 to $20hr DOE Up to $800 per week/40 hrs
Shifts/Hours: Monday thru Friday 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM
