We are seeking a Welder Helper to join our team. This position is responsible for measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling pipe systems, as well as performing tack welding to secure joints prior to final welding.
The ideal candidate will have experience with pipe layout and welding techniques, along with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe according to specifications.
Fit and assemble pipe systems
Secure pipe systems by tack welding, bolting, clamping, or other methods.
Perform tack welding using Stick Weling processes to prepare joints for final welding.
Align and position pipe for proper installation and welding.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.
Work with welders and other trades to complete installations and repairs.
