Savard is hiring a Business Development Manager for work in/near New Orleans, LA traveling to Baton Rouge area for Job 20632.
Job Scope/Duties:
-Identify and approach potential clients, including developers, government agencies, engineering firms, and contractors,
to secure new projects. Cultivate these relationships through regular meetings, calls, and networking opportunities.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for
additional services or future projects. Provide excellent service to retain and grow these relationships.
- Develop and execute client retention strategies that focus on building long-term partnerships, resolving client issues
promptly, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Identify ways to cross-sell or upsell services to existing clients, aligning the company s broad service offerings with the
client s evolving needs.
- Regularly gather client feedback to improve services and tailor offerings to meet client demands more effectively,
ensuring the company stays competitive.
Work experience required:
- Preferred: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related
field.
-Required: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the construction industry.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check, Physical and Drug and Alcohol Test.
Valid DL
Shifts/Hours: Mon- Friday, 8 -10 hour shifts, some Saturdays 7 AM- 5 PM
Pay: $ will be discussed in interview
