Savard is hiring a Motorboat mechanics and service technician (Mercury, Yamaha preferred) in Mobile, Al. Job # 20588
Job Scope/ Duties: Repair and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment of inboard or inboard-outboard boat engines. On the job, you would: Start motors and monitor performance for signs of malfunctioning, such as smoke, excessive vibration, or misfiring.
Work experience required
Must have at least 1 year of verifiable marine mechanic experience Must be OEM Mercury and Yamaha motors Certified Technician
Requirements: Drug screen extensive Background check Resume Valid drivers license with clean MVR
Physical Requirements: lifting 70 pounds, standing long hours.
Shifts: 7am 4pm M-F some Weekends 45 hours a week
Pay: $ 34 -$38 /Hr DOE Up to $1800 w 45 hours/ week
401k blue cross blue shield offer after 90 days.
