Must have sales experience in plants, casting, or foundry industries
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with Impellers is a plus, but not required
Must have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to meet deadlines, technical understanding of casting and foundry processes, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local customers in the plants, casting, and foundry sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions within the CRM/ERP system. Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed.
