The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational and team management functions to ensure the branch meets its goals. While prior experience in staffing or recruitment is preferred, candidates with strong leadership, sales, and operational backgrounds in other industries are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, and support staff to achieve branch goals.
Drive business development activities by building and maintaining strong client relationships
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed branch revenue targets and profitability.
Manage day-to-day branch operations
Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, professionalism, and employee development.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in management, business development, or operations (staffing/recruitment industry experience highly preferred).
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with recruitment processes, candidate sourcing methods, and staffing industry standards is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Products and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software is advantageous.
Shifts:Monday through Friday8:00 am to 5:00 pm Compensation: Salary+Commission - Competitive pay plus health benefits and PTO
