Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos de ingeniería y diagramas técnicos.
Supervisar y coordinar los distintos departamentos para asegurar que todo el trabajo cumpla con los estándares de la industria y los plazos del proyecto.
Trabajar de cerca con gerentes de proyecto, ingenieros y clientes para garantizar la ejecución fluida de reparaciones y modificaciones.
Revisar cronogramas de trabajo, asignación de recursos y necesidades de materiales para los diferentes departamentos.
Realizar inspecciones y evaluaciones de control de calidad para asegurar altos estándares de trabajo.
Capacitar, orientar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo para mejorar habilidades y productividad.
Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos que surjan durante la ejecución del proyecto.
Debe poder estar de pie, agacharse, alcanzar y levantar hasta 50 libras.

The job requires prior experience in ship repair.
In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, paint, and metal work operations within the marine sector.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Supervise and coordinate the various departments to ensure all work meets industry standards and adheres to project deadlines.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless execution of repairs and modifications.
Review work schedules, resource allocations, and material needs for different departments.
Conduct inspections and quality control assessments to ensure high workmanship standards.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and lift 50 lbs
