Key Requirements:
  • Practical Nurse Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Active registration in good standing with the provincial nursing regulatory body.
  • Experience in senior care, long-term care, or assisted living.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
