Savard is hiring Welder/fitter for work in Mobile, Al. For job # 20593
Job Scope/ Duties: Will weld on Steel and fit, will also TIG weld, applying knowledge of geometry Layout, position, align, cut, assemble, and fit stainless steal Propellers together in various body positions May clean or degrease weld joint or work piece, using wire brush, portable grinder, or chemical bath repair broken or cracked propellers. May position and clamp work pieces together
Work experience required: Must have Minimum of 3 years of steel welding experience must have Minimum of 3 year of TIG welding experience Must have Minimum of 3 year of structural fitting experience
Requirements: Drug screen extensive Background check Resume Valid drivers license with clean MVR TWIC - Receipt accepted
Physical Requirements: lifting 70 pounds, standing long hours.
Shifts: 7am 4pm M-F some Weekends 45 hours a week
Pay: $20.00/ Hr - $28.50/Hr Up to $1353 w/45 hrs weekly
