Job Description

 Accountant $85,000+ YEARLY

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • 2+ years of recent experience with industrial job-costing ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.
  • Experience with month-end/year-end closing, inventory, WIP, fixed assets, and job-cost accounting.
  • Advanced/expert-level Microsoft Excel skills required, including:
    • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    • INDEX/MATCH
    • Pivot Tables
    • Power Query
    • Advanced formulas and data analysis
    • Financial modeling
    • Custom financial and operational reporting
    • Large dataset analysis
  • Experience with ERP system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and workflow improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and financial/analytical skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in an office located within an active industrial plant and occasionally entering the production/shop floor.
  • Must follow all facility and shop-floor safety procedures.
Shifts:
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
