Administrative Assistant $560+ WEEKLY

  • Manage emails and day-to-day correspondence
  • Maintain and manage calendars and schedules
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
  • Organize documents, information, and office tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and team
  • Assist with bookkeeping and clerical duties as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Handle multiple administrative tasks while meeting deadlines
Key Requirements:
  • Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent email management and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage calendars and schedules
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bookkeeping or additional clerical experience is a plus

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm


Duration:
  • Temp-Perm
