Job Description

                                                                      Project Administrative Assistant  $800 + OT WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
  • Able to work for onsite construction project located in Elmore, AL  
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Provide administrative and accounting support in a fast-paced construction office. 
  • Handle accounts payable, including processing invoices, matching purchase orders, verifying vendor information, and tracking payments. 
  • Communicates with vendors, subcontractors, project managers, and field personnel to resolve invoice and documentation issues. 
  • Maintains accurate project files, purchase orders, receipts, contracts, and financial records. 
  • Assists with scheduling, data entry, correspondence, answering phones, and general office duties. 
  • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond quickly to changing needs.
  • Previous experience in working in a construction environment a plus.

Shifts:
  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday
