Must have experience as a Cement Batcher working in commercial, civil, or industrial construction environments, be familiar with basic power tools, and follow detailed instructions for the production of concrete products.
Perform daily batch operations
Experienced with Command Batch software to batch concrete
Communicate with supervisors regarding the timing of shipments
Involved in maintenance of the batch plant as required, including keeping the mixer clean, etc.
Ensure quality concrete is produced and delivered according to the Company’s daily schedules.
Participate in daily/weekly meetings with the batch team as requested.
Recommend and confer with the batch supervisor on items needing to be addressed to facilitate the success of the department.
Involvement with Quality Control for implementation/development, and adjusting mix designs and materials to meet job specs (as required).
Communicate directly with ready mix truck drivers for loading trucks and delivery locations
