Requisitos Clave:
  • Abastecer, reclutar y filtrar candidatos a través de bolsas de trabajo, redes sociales, networking y referencias.
  • Revisar currículums y solicitudes para identificar candidatos calificados.
  • Realizar entrevistas telefónicas y en persona para evaluar habilidades, experiencia y adecuación cultural.
  • Coordinar entrevistas entre los candidatos y los gerentes de contratación o clientes.
  • Mantener y actualizar los registros de candidatos en el sistema.
  • Construir y mantener una base de candidatos calificados para vacantes actuales y futuras.
  • Comunicar ofertas de trabajo y ayudar con los procesos de incorporación.
  • Desarrollar relaciones con clientes, gerentes de contratación y candidatos para comprender las necesidades de personal.
  • Cumplir o superar métricas de reclutamiento como colocaciones, tiempo para cubrir vacantes y satisfacción de los candidatos.

Turnos:
  • Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m., con 1 hora de almuerzo diaria.
  • Debe estar disponible para rotaciones "On Call" de una semana.

Duration:
  • Permanente
