Technical knowledge: Proficiency with common roofing systems (asphalt shingle, metal, EPDM, TPO, built‑up), flashing, drip edge, underlayment, ventilation, and drainage.
Safety credentials: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus; knowledge of fall protection standards and ladder safety.
Leadership skills: Strong people management, conflict resolution, and motivational abilities.
Communication: Clear, concise communication with crews and stakeholders; effective conflict resolution.
Physical requirements: Able to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and endure outdoor conditions; good vision and color perception.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license
Shifts:
Monday - Friday some Weekends depending on workload
7:00 am - 5:00 pm depending on workload with OT paid after 40 hours worked
