Chef de Cuisine $55K

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
    • Design seasonal and special event menus
    • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations
    • Lead, train, and supervise 30–50 kitchen staff (seasonal)
    • Maintain budget, control food costs, and track performance
    • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and team compliance
    • Participate in cooking as needed and ensure top-quality presentation

  • Requirements
    • 7–10 years of culinary experience in fine dining
    • Red Seal certification
    • Safe Food Handler’s Certificate
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent time management and adaptability
    • Ability to work long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
