We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Clerical Assistant to support our Engineering Department with document organization, file management, and scanning projects. This role involves working with both paper and electronic engineering records to ensure documents are accurately reviewed, organized, scanned, and archived.
Review and organize engineering paper files and drawings according to established written procedures.
Cull and identify documents that should be retained and scanned.
Scan and upload approved documents into electronic storage systems, including Autodesk Vault.
Maintain accurate filing systems in numerical and alphabetical order.
Label, organize, and catalog files that have been scanned or transferred to electronic storage.
Apply project numbers and replace missing or damaged file labels as needed.
Perform additional clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic filing systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Shifts:
Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM 35-40 hours per week
