We are seeking a Bilingual Client Success Specialist (CSS) to join our team in Montreal This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our clients by supporting both operations and sales. Ability to analyze, audit, and process detailed billing and service data accurately
Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners (carriers/vendors)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently
Professional communication skills with the ability to present to business users and decision-makers
