Job Description

Concrete Batch Plant Operator  $1300 w/ OT>+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
  • Experience as a Concrete Batch Plant Operator
  • Experience operating computerized batching systems (Command Batch or similar software)
  • Knowledge of concrete mix designs and quality control procedures
  • Ability to perform daily plant maintenance (cleaning mixers, lubricating conveyors, changing filters)
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and climb ladders
  • Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments
  • English or Spanish (Bilingual preferred)
  • Flexible schedule availability

Shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday
  • 30-minute paid lunch
  • Schedule may adjust due to weather or production needs


Duration:
  • Temp to Perm
