Work outdoors leading a concrete crew, building forms, laying out foundations, and completing residential and commercial concrete projects in a fast-paced, safety-focused construction environment. Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman
Ability to lead and supervise crews on active job sites
Experience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Ensure job site safety and OSHA compliance
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to operate heavy equipment for site preparation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Shifts:
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM-3:30 PM, May Fluctuate due to weather and project
