Encofrador/Acabador de Concreto – $1,540 SEMANALES¡Únete a SAVARD Personnel Group, donde tus habilidades son valoradas!Requisitos Clave:
  • Se prefiere, pero no es obligatorio, tener experiencia operando equipo pesado, como miniexcavadora, Bobcat/Skid Steer y posiblemente Dozer.
  • Construir, alinear y asegurar encofrados de madera o metal a la profundidad, pendiente y elevación exactas utilizando niveles láser o niveles de obra.
  • Nivelar y alisar superficies utilizando reglas manuales, bull floats y allanadoras eléctricas.
  • Cortar juntas de control, dar forma a juntas de expansión y aplicar acabados/texturas, como el acabado con escoba.
  • Monitorear las condiciones climáticas y aplicar compuestos de sellado o endurecimiento para garantizar el curado adecuado del concreto.
  • Algunos vaciados de concreto pueden realizarse a las 2:00–3:00 AM.
Turnos:
  • Lunes a viernes, algunos sábados
  • 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duración:
  • Temporal con posibilidad de contratación permanente

Key Requirements:
  • Preffered but not a must to be able to operate Heavy Equipment, like a Mini Excavator, A Bob Cat/Skid Steer, possibly a Dozer.
  • Build, align, and brace wood or metal forms to exact depth, pitch, and elevation using laser or site levels.
  • Strike off and smooth surfaces using hand screeds, bull floats, and power trowels.
  • Cut control joints, shape expansion joints, and apply textures (such as a broom finish).
  • Monitor weather conditions and apply sealing or hardening compounds to ensure proper concrete curing
  • Some Concrete Pours can be at 0200-0300 Am.

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays
  • 0700-5:00 PM

  • Temp to Perm
