Job Description

Concrete Laborer (Taylor, TX) $1,500+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge of mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete (basic to advanced)
  • Experience with formwork (forms), rebar placement, and finishing techniques
  • Safety-conscious and able to follow PPE and OSHA guidelines
  • Ability to lead a small team and ensure quality work when needed
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • OSHA 10 certified or able to obtain before starting
  • Must comply with PPE requirements: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
  • Valid ID or Driver’s License
  • Available to start work as soon as possible
  • Must pass background check and any required pre-employment screenings



Shifts:
  • Monday - Saturday
  • 6:30 am - 4:30 pm 


Duration:
  • Temporary

Requisitos Clave:
  • Conocimiento en mezclar, vaciar y terminar concreto (nivel básico a avanzado)
  • Experiencia con formaletas (encofrados), colocación de varilla (rebar) y técnicas de acabado
  • Consciente de la seguridad y capaz de seguir las normas de PPE y OSHA
  • Capacidad para liderar un pequeño equipo y garantizar trabajo de calidad cuando sea necesario
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y buenas habilidades de comunicación
  • Responsable y con fuerte ética de trabajo
  • Certificación OSHA 10 o capacidad de obtenerla antes de comenza
  • Debe cumplir con los requisitos de PPE: casco, chaleco de seguridad, guantes, lentes de seguridad y botas con punta de acero
  • Identificación válida o licencia de conducir
  • Disponible para comenzar a trabajar lo antes posible
  • Debe pasar verificación de antecedentes y cualquier evaluación previa al empleo requerida

    Lunes a Sábado
    6:30 am – 4:30 pm
