We are looking for a dependable General Labor / Construction Worker to assist with the installation and construction of refrigerated storage systems in grocery stores and other commercial locations. Previous construction, carpentry, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
Basic carpentry skills are a major plus

Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Willingness to learn new skills
Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated environments

Previous refrigeration experience is a plus, but not required
Key Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
Comfortable working on ladders and elevated surfaces
Frequent use of hands and arms to operate hand and power tools
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
Ability to safely maneuver materials and equipment on a job site
Ability to work in cold/refrigerated environments
Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed
Shifts:
1st Shift
Typically 40–55 hours per week
Overtime is common on larger projects, averaging 10–15 hours
Weekend work is rare
Out-of-town travel throughout Alabama and occasionally to surrounding states, including Georgia and Florida
