Data Entry Clerk $880 WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
  • You will 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, customers, and applicants
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Perform accurate data entry into internal systems (Quote Tracker, etc.)
  • Enter new jobs, RFQs, and supporting information with a high level of accuracy
  • Scan, upload, organize, and maintain digital and physical records (SharePoint and filing systems)
  • Prepare and distribute work orders, RFQ(Request for Quote) folders, and supporting documentation
  • Match, file, archive, and store Accounts Payable documents
  • Support multiple departments and assist with administrative and creative projects as needed
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, verbal and written communication skills required
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
  • Consistent and dependable attendance required
  • Experience with ERP or quoting systems preferred

Shifts:
  • Monday -Friday 
  • 0800-5:00 PM
