No previous harvest vessel experience is required—full training will be provided.Working aboard harvest vessels, you'll be part of a dedicated crew responsible for supporting daily harvesting operations in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. Key Requirements:
Assist with daily harvest vessel operations
Stun and bleed fish during the harvesting process
Support general onboard activities as directed by the crew
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with crew members in a fast-paced environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
