Delivery Van Driver (TWIC Required) UP TO $1,800 BIWEEKLY

Key Requirements:
  • Experience with professional van-driving or light-truck experience
  • Strong initiative and ablility to think ahead, take ownership of routes, and troubleshoot on the fly
  • Comfortable with light warehouse tasks (order picking, stacking)
  • Load grocery orders (stacking totes, coolers) from grocery store and warehouse onto a Dodge ProMaster transit van
  • Deliver supplies (groceries, filters, appliances, PPE) to tugboats and shore-side facilities along the Houston Ship Channel and beyond
  • Ensure secure, accurate loading/unloading of each order
  • Pick and pull orders from a ~2,000-SKU inventory (similar to a hardware-store setup)
  • Assist with staging and organization to keep orders flowing smoothly
  • Work closely with team members to coordinate deliveries
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with tug crews and shore staff
  • Must have a Valid Class C driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must have TWIC card
  • Willingness to sign MVR release and pass a criminal background check & drug screen

Shifts:
  • Must be flexible to work 12 days on, 2 days off
  • Typical start at 8:00 AM; end time varies (jobs finish between 2 – 5 PM)
  • Occasional flexibility required for late-night orders
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours/week; expected workload 40–60 hrs/week


Duration:
  • Temp to perm after 90 day probationary period
