We are seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team for the second phase of construction at the Amazon Data Center project. The operator will play a critical role in supporting site development, trenching, grading, backfilling, and earthmoving operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
Must have Dozer operating experience on commercial or industrial construction projects.
Prior experience in large-scale earthmoving, utility, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Operate bulldozers to move earth, rock, and other materials to required grades and slopes.
Perform rough and fine grading for site preparation, roadbeds, utility trenches, and foundations.
Clear and level land to specified measurements, following grade stakes and site plans.
Maintain awareness of surrounding crews, structures, and equipment while operating.
Perform daily equipment inspections, minor maintenance, and report any mechanical issues.
Work with site supervisors, surveyors, and other operators to ensure accuracy of grading and cuts.
Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and company safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist ground crews when needed to ensure project continuity.
Must have or be willing to get OSHA 10 (assistance obtaining credentials provided)
