Answering phones
Greeting guest
Assisting in other areas as needed
Managing coffee area for guest throughout the day
Event coordinating with HR when needed
Computer knowledge a must (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Document & Report Preparation: Create, edit, and proofread executive reports, memos, spreadsheets, and presentation slides
Communications Gatekeeping: Screen incoming phone calls, manage and prioritize email inboxes, draft correspondence, and act as a liaison between executives and internal or external partners
Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, manage Outlook or Google calendars, arrange meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of professional administrative experience, ideally supporting upper management or C-level executives
Technical Skills: High proficiency in office productivity suites (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, and Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word)
