Facilities Supervisor $30/Hour + OT Opportunities + WEEKLY

We're looking for a Facilities Supervisor to help keep a performing arts theater running smoothly and looking show-ready! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow, enjoys a fun and easygoing team environment, and has an interest in theater or live events. Key Requirements:
Supervisory experience is required
Construction, contracting, building maintenance, or similar experience preferred
Custodial experience is preferred
Experience effectively supervising and scheduling employees
General building and HVAC maintenance knowledge
Basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpet repair skills
Comfortable performing hands-on cleaning, including bathrooms, windows, vacuuming, and mopping
Basic computer skills required for scheduling and online HVAC controls
Inventory management experience is a plus
Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, repairs, and service providers
High school diploma or equivalent required
OSHA/Hazmat training is a plus
Schedule flexibility is required, especially during productions and events
Shifts:
During Off Season:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
During Shows & Productions:
Schedule will vary based on the event calendar. Evening and weekend availability is required, and some shifts may run until approximately 11:00 PM.
