Experiencia previa operando equipo pesado en una cuadrilla de pavimentación de asfalto.
Experiencia operando screeds (reglas de pavimentación), rodillos y pavimentadoras.
Disposición para obtener la certificación OSHA 10 (requerida antes de comenzar)
Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico y trabajar al aire libre en diferentes condiciones climáticas

Previous experience operating heavy equipment on an asphalt crew
Experience operating screeds, rollers, and pavers
Willing to obtain OSHA 10 (required to start)
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Must have reliable transportation
Shifts:
Monday-Friday, 6AM-4PM (flexibility is required, some jobs may start earlier or go later)
