Experiencia previa en limpieza de hoteles o como personal de limpieza.
Limpiar y desinfectar cocinas, baños, habitaciones y salas de estar.
Quitar el polvo, aspirar, barrer, trapear y pulir todas las superficies.
Cambiar la ropa de cama y tender las camas de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa.
Doblar y reemplazar toallas y ropa de cama según sea necesario.
Reabastecer suministros para huéspedes, artículos de tocador y artículos esenciales del hogar.
Retirar la basura y los materiales reciclables de cada propiedad.
Inspeccionar las unidades para verificar la limpieza, detectar problemas de mantenimiento y reportar de inmediato cualquier artículo faltante o dañado.
Asegurarse de que todos los electrodomésticos, muebles y amenidades estén limpios, organizados y funcionando correctamente.
Seguir los procedimientos de limpieza, las normas de seguridad y las listas de verificación de la empresa.
Completar las unidades asignadas de manera eficiente, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y administrar el tiempo de manera efectiva.
Gran atención al detalle y compromiso con la limpieza.
Capacidad física para agacharse, permanecer de pie, caminar y subir escaleras durante el turno.
Contar con transporte confiable y asistencia puntual.
Excelentes habilidades de organización y administración del tiempo.
Ser una persona responsable, confiable, profesional y capaz de desempeñarse en un entorno de trabajo dinámico.
Horario:
7:00 a. m. a 4:30 p. m.
Se trabajarán 5 días por semana; en ocasiones más, según las necesidades de producción.
Es indispensable poder trabajar los viernes, sábados y domingos.

Change bed linens and make beds to company standards.
Fold and replace towels and linens as needed.
Restock guest supplies, toiletries, and household essentials.
Remove trash and recyclables from each property.
Inspect units for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing or damaged items, reporting concerns promptly.
Ensure all appliances, furniture, and amenities are clean, organized, and functioning properly.
Follow company cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and checklists.
Complete assigned units efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
Physically able to bend, stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the shift.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Dependable, trustworthy, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
