The Houseperson is to keep hotel operations running smoothly and supports the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
Delivering supplies (like linens, towels, toiletries, cleaning products) to room attendantsRemoving trash and dirty linens from housekeeping carts or guest rooms
Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting in public areas (hallways, lobbies, stairwells)
Setting up and breaking down meeting or event rooms
Stocking housekeeping closets on each floorResponding to guest or staff requests for extra items: Must have housekeeping experience.
Must be willing to work flexible scedule that may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have high attention to detail and customer service skills.
Must have the ability to walk, stand, bend, squat and lift throughout the entire shift
