Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Care, the LPN plays a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and their families by providing compassionate, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate as a member of the inter-professional care team, applying a person-centered approach to care
Complete and maintain accurate, up-to-date resident assessments, care plans, and documentation
Implement and evaluate care/service plans, making adjustments as needed
Communicate changes in resident condition or care requirements to appropriate team members
Assist in scheduling and participate in resident care conferences
Support the Director of Care with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Provide direct resident care, including medication and treatment administration
Ensure all care is documented in compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
Practical Nursing Diploma
Current registration and membership in good standing within the applicable province
Experience in senior care or long-term care (preferred)
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities
Ability to consistently demonstrate values such as trust, respect, quality, and teamwork
Completion of a current Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $32.84 – $41.35
Potential relocation bonus of up to $10,000 (subject to eligibility)
