This is a non-supervisory role focused on keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery such as Viking, RDS, USL machines, paint machines, and conveyor belts.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly; support preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Parts Management: Assist in ordering and managing parts and supplies to support timely repairs.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and company policies; promote a safe working environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, schedules, and records.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance processes and equipment efficiency.
