Maintenance Technician  $920+ WEEKLY

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout residential units and common areas.
  • Diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, switches, and HVAC issues.
  • Repair and troubleshoot household appliances.
  • Prepare and rehabilitate units for new tenants, including painting, drywall repair, and appliance repair/replacement.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Perform basic grounds maintenance, including mowing, clearing walkways, and maintaining shared areas.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs after normal business hours.
  • Work safely and professionally around residents, staff, and other individuals on the property.
Key Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on maintenance, repair, or similar experience.
  • Must have strong knowledge of appliance repair and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Experience using drills, wrenches, multimeters, and other hand/power tools.
  • Must have your own tools.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding work.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills when interacting with residents.
  • Must be willing to work occasional weekends and participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Must be able to complete required drug screening.

Shifts:
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with some weekends/on-call work
