Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Seven or more years of experience managing the production, quality, and maintenance of pressure vessels and heat exchangers, with familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API) required.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and control progress and ensure on-time delivery of equipment orders
Create and analyze reports to identify performance variances and support cost and schedule alignment
Coordinate and expedite internal and external project activities from order release through shipment
Maintain and track project plans, schedules, and action items
Identify scope, schedule changes, and make strategic decisions to support business objectives
Escalate issues as needed to ensure production plans align with forecasted sales and capacity
Lead daily production meetings to prioritize work, address constraints, and meet customer demands
Analyze and resolve production conflicts and communicate regularly with project stakeholders
Promote and enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with quality requirements
Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Strong leadership and safety awareness in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate a production team
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and hold team accountable
Ability to monitor production schedules and meet output targets
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Shifts:
Monday-Friday, Weekends and Overtime as needed basis
