This position is responsible for the assigned duties in support of the Company President, Shareholders and Executive Leadership Team
Must maintain confidentiality in all work performed.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency working with Google Calendar and all Microsoft Office applications; specifically organizational functions of Microsoft Outlook.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant to an Executive is essential.
Manages personal, professional and work calendars.
Closely references President’s work and personal schedule and implements effective communication plan with President to conduct company business efficiently.
Schedules work-related meetings and professional appointments while referencing the President's personal calendar to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
Answers and manages external phone calls and email messages.
Coordinates professional events such as physician recruitment visits and dinners, physician holiday parties and monthly Board of Director meetings.
Serves as the principal contact with internal and external contacts on behalf of the President. Tracks and initiates required follow-up action steps.
Composes, edits, and distributes internal memos and external letters.
Uses Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Exercises utmost level of confidentiality at all times due to sensitive and private knowledge and information obtained through position within company
Shifts:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Monday - Friday
Must be available evenings and/or weekends as needed
