This role provides leadership to equipment operators, scale attendants, and yard/pit personnel while coordinating with sales, dispatch, and logistics teams. Based in Concord, approximately 90% of the role involves travel between sites. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Yard/Pit Management
Oversee daily yard, pit, port, and dock operations.
Ensure efficient material flow, loading, unloading, weighing, dispatch, and shipment verification.
Monitor productivity, workflow, and operational performance.
Coordinate equipment availability, site readiness, staffing, and operating hours.
Travel between sites and provinces as required.
Qualifications
5+ years of operations, yard, pit, site, or logistics management experience.
Experience in construction, aggregates, materials supply, waste management, or a related industry.
