Pharmacy Manager $70/75/HR

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage pharmacy staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of patient care
  • Provide professional advice on prescriptions, OTC, and health & wellness products
  • Promote health and wellness initiatives and participate in community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all professional standards, policies, and regulations
  • Collaborate with store leadership to plan clinics, demos, and events
  • Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and pharmacy financial growth
Qualifications
  • Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario
  • Retail pharmacy and dispensing system experience (e.g., Nexxsys)
  • Pharmacy management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills
  • COVID-19 vaccination completed
Schedule
  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
  • $70–$75/hour + $25,000 retention bonus (2-year)
  • Relocation assistance available
  • 3 weeks vacation + health benefits
